EBP: Autism Supports for your Classroom

What do you think of when you hear the word Autism?  If you are a teacher, do you know how to support your students with Autism in your classroom?  Do you know how to help redirect, give visuals, modify social skills, or do behavior supports?

There are a number of accepted evidence-based practices with research and effective practices.  Come and learn how to implement many of these practices based on the needs of your students.

I train on the following:

  1. Social Skills

  2. Visuals

  3. Prompting

  4. Peer Modeling

  5. Video Modeling

  6. Functional Behavior Assessment

  7. Reinforcement

And much more.

Reviews

Through the training I was excited to learn that I was already using many of these evidence based practices!  I felt like I only had to tweak a few things, and that I didn't have to add more and more to my plate.  April's training really demonstrated that I can help more students on the Autism Spectrum than ever before!--Ann from Texas

Sharon from Utah states: April gave us practical real-life information that I will implement in my teaching immediately.
