I started The Key To Movement and Wellness after 25 years in the field to provide a comprehensive bridge between the way physical therapy is traditionally provided and your full return to life and exercise. I also provide options for prevention. I treat the whole person - heart, mind, body, and soul.

I’ll meet with you in your space or online to identify personalized changes to support your healing, growth, and performance. You’ll feel a renewed sense of hope and empowerment to improve your life. All the while, I’ll be there, guiding you every step of the way.
