We are Made of Light!

For many years, lovers of science have said that humans are made of the same elements from the stars. And now after studying over 150,000 stars, the statement is actually true! “We are made of stardust! “Humans and their galaxy have about 97 percent of the same kind of atoms and the elements of life appear to be more prevalent toward the galaxy’s center.” (Karl Tate).
How do the scientists know? Spectroscopy! To summarize it, Each element gives off an amount of energy or wavelength of light. Each wavelength or energy gives off an emission of this light. It is a unique color signature for the elements/atoms. Therefore, the stars give off different colors depending on what the element it comes from.
Astronomers measure the depth of the dark and bright patches in each star’s light spectrum and since each emission signature is unique to each element they can determine what it is made of. (Natural, World Physics). We are made out of the same building elements: carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, and sulfur.”
How many of you already knew that--like deep down? ME! How did I know that? Because I know that I am a daughter of God. I know that I have light inside of me. AND….I know that you have it too! Our light inside of us shines through our eyes.
Here is something amazing! As long as you have living breath, you have light! You can develop more and more of you light! No matter what trauma, events, or circumstances may have dimmed your light, you can learn how to brighten it, fuel it and amplify it out for the world!
I BELIEVE in you! I know that you are more than the hurt you are in. Some of you are Parents of Special needs (autism) kids and need to know that the light you have can be a Beacon of light for you children! Some of you are Teachers and need to know that with your light you build social and emotional relationships with your students to foster learning and connection that influences the next generation with hope!
Some of you are victims, survivors, and victors over abuse--any and all abuse! Since this is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, many of you have gone from victim to survivor to now VICTOR! I want to honor you and challenge you to join my 3-day challenge to help you find more light! All are welcome to share in this light!
Remember: You are made from Light! You are each a Beacon of Light! Now, fuel it and amplify it!
